@serveral Actually that's not entirely accurate. It depends on which Supermutants you're referring to. The ones on the West Coast are as you say. They lose secondary sexual characteristics such as breasts but not their actual reproductive organs and are rendered sterile. The ones from Vault 87 in the Capital Wasteland however completely lose their genitals.
