Since I don't see anyone else trying to translate this story, I'll give it the old college try. This is the first time I've translated a full story. How did I do?

Edit: Thank you for the critique. The last page has been revised. Translating the original dialogue directly would have been awkward, so I've used slightly different words that try to carry the same feeling.

Edit: Oh, that's much better. The original told me "You'll never be onii-san" which I thought was endearing in a hurtful way.

Uh, the original line of the last page was "oniisan.../that's you (the reader)".
Page 8 lower left, she's not talking about twins, she said "I'm just gonna give birth to like 2 babies in quick succession and then go back to collage".

Pretty much what boris says, but for last line she's not saying the reader is oniisan, but it's implied that it's oniisan who's behind the camera.

@Newprimus Given the fact that the sign on lower left corner of the first panel of page 9 says "2 pages left" (notice it's page, so she and the sign bearer are both aware that this is a book), I think Ai-chan very much broke the 4th wall. That's why I'd say "oniisan behind the cam" is the same thing as "oniisan is the reader".
