It's funny because the mob girls are clearly on the cover, too. I figure whoever tagged it was just working off of the fact that rinunu usually draws m/m. （Though the last two pages DO say "and then?" "gay sex!") and the subtitle on the cover is along the lines of "the old days before [they were] gay -book")
