It's not stockholm syndrome at all, MC either goes insane and breaks her completely or gets ill and mitsuki doesn't let him die, showing that she is a stronger person, saying "You never knew anything about me", leaves and achieves her dream of becoming a pro violinist.
There is no real sympathy, she is just not a monster like MC.

The final ending is you choosing to hesitate (in image 6), so mitsuki turns around (image 7). MC panics, gives her an umbrella and runs away without doing anything.
