You can notice it was translated from english because the temperature was improperly translated. In the original it says 38 degrees (Celsius) which was translated to 100 degrees (Fahrenheit) in the english version, which was mistranslated here without taking into consideration the cultural difference between the US and the rest of the world. Basically any portuguese speaking country uses the Celsius scale, so one should translate it to Celsius instead of keeping it in Fahrenheit.
