Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags (guro and scat) should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it (on Hath Perks)
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (on profile settings)
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page (needs an user script addon/extension like tampermonkey/greasemonkey)
