@namaemoi Not sure if you know, but this is how manga is typically drawn, in monochrome. Also, unless you have a vertical 4k monitor, you aren't actually reading this in its original resolution. You're asking for the uploader to downsample it when your browser already does. If it looks aliased or whatever than that's the fault of the algorithm your browser uses, and you should just download the gallery and use a proper image viewer. Again, what's uploaded here is the highest quality version of this book possible because that's how the artist drew it, everything else would be a downgrage.
