hum... it simply at 100 white...
like Hue = 0, Saturation = 0 and Value = 100
but indeed depending the lights in the scene and the skin color of the character it can give a "grayish" color to it, if you have HSPE or HSUS i forgot which one allow it, you can raise the Value to above 100 and see if it helps you
