Yes, scanning cost people who often do it for free and don't ask anything to anyone. But we shouldn't get used to that, some are willing to scan stuff if they're funded for buying the works (not to make profits).

By release poor scan you're only lowering the standard of scans. This isn't something we should agree to. See how scanlation is today for example.
