No, I'm pretty sure these are Tijuana bibles. I have a few of these books myself, & I can confirm they are produced in Mexico, [usually] pornographic in nature, & are palm-size, which each page containing 1-3 panels. Editorial Ejea S.A. de C.V. is a well-known group known for creating tons of them. Matter of fact, this comic appears to be made by them.
