I recently acquired a physical copy of this doujinshi, and it was absolutely worth it.

Art is good, Nozarashi plays around with fetishes I love, such as pregnancy, body writing, mind break, and birthing, and it features the breaking of a very strong character I like. What's funny about this one, which you might not catch easily because it's not translated, so you tend to pay slightly less attention, is that she gives birth and is then knocked up again within like two pages. Usually one birth or pregnancy is all we get in most any story. The one thing this one has that most of the other works by the circle doesn't: scat.

The physical quality of the doujinshi is nice as well. I recommend hunting it down.
