The section with Kurumi is worth it.
I only bothered scanning the second half of this doujin for completeness.
If you're torrenting this, pretty much anything after page 20 or so is worth skipping.

The Kurumi part was good, a shame the Mai part was so bad.

Clearly filler.
You get that great cover art and as you flip through the first few pages the art looks great, and the book looks thick, so you think the higher asking price is understandable.
Unfortunately there are many artists selling at comiket that aren't any better than the second artist, and I really don't know how they can afford to get a booth (What happened to quality control, anyway), but at least in those cases you can just as simply skip them.

Not that I don't commend the effort and suggest they should stop drawing, but there is a certain threshold of quality that they should surpass before trying to sell their CWC-looking shitscribbles.
