Wait... so finally somebody posts a non yaoi Saiyuki doujin, but instead of making use of some of the few girls that actually do exist in the series... this manga does some pointless genderswap thing instead? I say pointless because there is already a ton of doujin with these characters as male but non for the girls.

Saiyuuki is barely Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese "Xi You Ji" (Journey to the West). I'm not sure that it's safe to assume all Journey to the West's doujinshi ARE Kazuya Minekura's Saiyuuki's doujinshi. Though, it's somehow clear the appearance of three of the four (except Wukong) are similar, or almost the same as theirs in Minekura's Saiyuuki.
