I think it's more of who was drawing or commissioned it kind of deal. I've seen pretty much everything fuck Judy Hopps at this point.

To be fair, any human in this type of story scenario would just feel out of place.

I'm with the one dude... each page looks like someone totally different drew it. guy starts out looking like maybe he's a White Hispanic mix... but then page by page his face structure starts to change, and he goes full Hispanic, and then eventually full on Black...

Either this artist did these over several months/years and it shows how they got better as an artist, or they're all completely different artists..
