Interesting that her eyes are a lot more alive and happy in the last panel than they were during her first year as a girl, seems she adjusted eventually. Hope that her father did die when he would hvae naturally and not as a result of the revenge magic.

Still not sure if he turned everyone else in the military school into a girl but altered their memories as well or just her and moved her to the girls school.

Yep though even back then I doubt the girl was stripped naked to show a board of executives that she was pregnant especially given its rather obvious when someones as far along as she was at that stage.
