There is no relationship whatsoever (aside from the similar-sounding doujinshi title). Also, not a single one of the girls depicted in this gallery has any resemblance to the blonde-haired heroine of Hana no ko Runrun.

By the way, this is some rather old-school art. This work was probably published in the very early 1990s.
