This took much longer than anticipated, everyone involved was a source of delay (including me) and the delays added up perfectly. I hope our finally version is of decent enough quality. Unfortunately our editor got mad and refuses to fix his own mistakes (he's not part of EHCove anymore). So I'm afraid there will be no final quality check. m(_ _)m
