I have a question mate, how you make that comic? Any tool or a tip for me? I was trying do something but I suck drawing.. I like so much this history, waiting for more!

I believe this method of art is called vectoring. It's like an advanced form of copy+paste using images from the show and editing them however they need. Their OC Silverlay here is the best example, she is literally a modified Twilight Sparkle image taken from the show.
