Note on the issue of page order: half the book's pages are printed upside-down so the two parts of the story mirror each other, which is why page numbers in the second half appear to be upside down and out of order. Therefore, a more practical approach to page numbering was chosen. Similarly, while the cover is technically a two page spread I didn't bother stitching it together because it only makes sense for the printed book.
