I'm gonna side with the camp that argues this isn't strictly NTR. To my knowledge, NTR requires the person stolen being aware of the act (hence why "guy fucking a married woman to orgasm in front of her husband" is the de facto story type for NTR). This is more like a dude that's pent up drugging his childhood friend because reasons. I guess you could say voyeurism combined with his being pent up is what drove him to it (and seeing a side of the childhood friend he had not seen before didn't help).
