It says nothing about the sexual orientation of the crossdresser or about his body type, his age or how pretty his face is. The only room for interpretation is the clothes themselves, which in this case are regular shirts, trousers and a neutral hooded tunic so, not josou and not josou seme.

Some words have meanings beyond your ill informed opinions. An example of a meaningless word would be femboy, which is so completely subjective that it is worthless as a way of categorizing something for other people. I wouldn't call anyone in this gallery feminine for instance: all I see is a buff aggressive teenager with a softer face fucking an older man.
