Poorly scanned, but it's better than nothing. Maybe I'll rescan it one day if I can find a copy for cheap. I took the PDF, extracted the 300DPI images in Photoshop, did a bit of cropping, saved as PNG, then ran pngquant over the greyscale pages and a few of the color ones.

Cropping? I can understand how blank borderspace may need to be trimmed, I just hope that you didn't lose anything during all your hard work.
