its entitled Re:IF its a 2 parter story one was published on the shoushetsu ni narou website and one was tied to the Blu-ray release
also Rem only grows out her hair after Rigel is born so it shouldnt be their first child

This is based off the IF story where Subaru and Rem run away together. It's a "bad end" according to the author. Subaru abandons Emilia, and Rem abandons Ram. They both abandoned their loved ones to die. The author writes these stories based on the 7 deadly sins, and this one is based on Sloth. Usually these IF side stories have sad endings, but I don't think this one ever concluded on one.
