Not convinced netorare or cheating tag belongs on this story. Sure, the coach got between what could've been, but there's no evidence that they were actually together. Considering that she's happy so much later and the guy got his dream, I'd call this a truly happy ending.

People really struggle to call an NTR what it really is, an NTR. It fits the criteria of an NTR as explained both on this site and elsewhere. While we aren't sure if Takahashi and Kanou were dating, the story shows that they are very close and have been since childhood. She feels very strongly towards Takahashi and he likewise is deeply thankful of her hard work with supporting him, therefore a relationship is established between the two characters narratively. Her sexual favors to the coach are kept secret from Takahashi because that's the undesirable situation she doesn't want Takahashi to know about. Kanou hates what she has to do in secret or behind the back of the guy she has an existing relationship with (friendship, associate, lovers etc.), as what is usually the case in the beginning before she fully succumbs to the carnal pleasures. The coach hangs the future/livelihood of the guy she really cares for over her head and then makes an empty promise that the arrangement will be temporary. After making her body succumbs to the pleasures of sex with him, the coach gaslights her so that her mind also succumbs by denying any coercion was involved in their initial arrangements. I wouldn't call this a "happy ending" because Takahashi still got NTR'd and is probably still being NTR'd because on the last page, Kanou says she's protected her "prince." Her "prince" is clearly referring to Takahashi and his dream. It's also implying that she does still have a fondness of him or at least thinks of him, but she has already vowed to be with the coach first. The "unto death do us part" line feels ironic because of that. She already vowed to be the coaches anohole. I doubt she's actually married the coach but still sees him behind Takahashi's back
