So here is a fanmade TRO (and these are common) showcasing classic battletech mechs but with the PGI Mechwarrior Online redesigns. I myself personally quite like the redesigns (some of the original art made no sense) but each to their own. MWO Is a flawed but enjoyable game and one that I like to play but would not recommend. The grind is just insane and if you don't customize your mechs, you won't have a good time.

It's pretty cool to see all of the redesigned 'mechs all in one readout.
The only criticism I see is that sometimes there's a lot of snippets about unrelated Battlemechs in the entries. It's a bit jarring to want to read up on the Cicada and then reading a few paragraphs about an unrelated tank or other Battlemech and then only get 1-2 paragraphs about the actual mech the entry is dedicated to.
The official TROs also have a "Deployment" section in which they describe noteworthy situations that the 'mech took part in, which in reality were ways for the authors to describe moments/tactics that took place on the TT game from an in-universe perspective. I stopped playing MWO in the beta, but it would have been cool to see something like that but for weird customization trends in the videogame that wouldn't make much sense on the TT game or for notable games where an underdog 'mech pulled out a clutch win or loss.
