Yeah, it's visibly oversaturated, by a lot. People commonly do this mistake when trying to "enhance" the colors, they don't have any sense for where to stop.

If your source is digital, don't add saturation at all, PERIOD. Unless you have years of experience and really can judge this - no, most people who think they know enough don't actually and overestiamte their skill, so just assume you aren't experienced enough by default.
The author made it as saturated as he/she wanted and there are no ways digital mango/doujin would get desatured like analogue medium could.
