Dunno if it's bad translation but this is a bit confusing to read. Most notably is the fact that the characters way to refer to each other is inconsistent. In one page they'll call each other "Haru" and "Miya" and in the next one they just use "you" but then it changes back to "Haru" and "Miya" in the next page (not sure if this is bad translation or if the doujin is just worded weirdly even in jap). There's also some lines like "am I not always be happy because Haru is there for me?" that feels like they're directly translating it from japanese to english without rearranging them to form english grammar.
Well I suppose I can somewhat understand the story so it's good enough.
