It's very rare for a girl to have both a slim waist and big boobs. Boobs are mostly fatty tissues so usually AV actors have to put on them pounds in order to boost their breast size in exchange for a bigger waist. In a way, there's a correlation between fat % and breast size.

@arkot she doesn´t seem to have scars in all the usual places were the incission for implants is normaly done so one could presume they might be real. Also slim waist and big boobs are not necessarily canceling each other out.
