I'm pretty sure the name of the series is "Spontaneous Pregnancy" based on the description of one of the works, though I could be wrong. It's hard to check now, since he removed most of his work from his pages.

kinda funny how this is an actual thing that can happen. Psuedo-pregnancies. My X's sister had this happen 3 times, once when she was 13, second when she was 19 and last time when she was 23. It lasts like a normal pregnancy and has all the same symptoms as it + the discomforts.

Ah, thank you for pointing this out! I didn't look closely enough at the other galleries; I only really looked at the page count without considering how those pages were divided. That said, the other English translation of this gallery on EX is a translation from English to Spanish and back to English. I'm confident that this is the original text as first posted by maws-paws, so I think it still has worth in that sense.
