As it turns out, Sweet Fleet Plus was just a cut down version of P-Fleet. Frankly, the second part is what i wanted to read, so I translated it. Along the way, I re-did the typesetting on the first part for the sake of consistency and with a couple edits for readability. Props to Brolen who translated the first part. And props to the Chinese guys who provided a nice scan of the whole thing (the Japanese version was quite a mess). I moved the pinups around a bit to make that nicer as well.
