@velour I think it’s just Biroon’s style. Along with the weight gain, occasionally the victims get shunned, bullied, and/or harassed by those who were once friends family, and allies. The artist likes to give their victims blessed lives before stripping everything away, as a compliment to the gaining of the weight.

The point, I think is catharsis. People are vain, and there’s something soothing about seeing a formerly attractive person lose their favor along with their beauty. To have a less attractive person steal their beauty away, while simultaneously burdening them with their faults. It’s absorption/attribute theft, with a hint of sadism.
