While your story is set in the beginning of the time where human longpork livestock is being introduced, the Sumomo Dou stories are set further in the timeline when it has become an industry of its own. As with Dolcett Academy, the Sumomo Dou stories have normal females with full human rights and females that are livestock.

Regarding the art, it is very well done and despite the tags that cover image pulled me in. Props to the artist for their excellent work.

As for the story...as someone who has worked in higher education I have some...questions? concerns? issues?
-Signing that contract doesn't wipe out their student loans and since you need to start re-paying those if you aren't taking classes each one of those girls needs to go to all her classes. Naked. Most teachers won't put up with a student showing up nude every day. (Also most schools have a no-nudity policy.) So what happened to those loans?
-The Doctor running this is doing all this for a grant but that is how it is funded, it is actually part of post-doctoral research she is doing. The problem is that she is likely a full professor so she has a minimum course load she has to teach; the college she is part of (which is a subset of the university) will likely waive some of the required course load but not all of it. So she still has to teach and can't supervise this every day.
-You don't take a first year undergraduate as your research assistant. Research assistants are either Masters or Doctoral students.
-While this would make an acceptable initial study, it wouldn't do as a full study for publication. This would simply be to see if the theory as any basic merit. The length and number of participants is to low for a full study. In my opinion this would have been better ended by "extending the study" and adding more participants. If the story continued it could still focus on these four, but with extra "shadow" type figures around to boost the numbers so to speak.
-The double suicide at the end was just flat out not keeping with the tone of the rest of the story. Stockholm Syndrome only goes so far, and it wouldn't be logical (to me) for even one of these girls to go that far let alone two of them.
-Title does not really reflect the content. Also, I wish people would stop labeling everything cannibal with dolcett. Yeah the guy was a good artist but you could just use the word cannibal.
