@Easy Baby, yeah I totally forgot about that, I played the vn a long time ago lol, she's still a queen in my eyes.

@Akamashi, not sure what I could've done to lower the size, the images are extremely high resolution so you can just resize them in paint if you want to flatten the filesize, or just download each image individually from here.

@sirlachdanan To make this smaller all you need to do is save the black and white pages as PNG with limited colors, since it's PNG you will actually end up with better quality as well as smaller files for black and white pages. Take a look at https://www.insidescanlation.com/etc/how-to-edit-manga-with-photoshop/rawr/editguide/3 It's old but still relevant. Be sure to go over each page before deciding on the amount of colors to use. You definitely don't want to use too little and lose detail!

I hope you still have the source project files to save these images again from so you get the best possible quality.
