What is the first part? I looked for it but cant find much on the artist.

The artists are apparently different, but this plot reminded me of the story in another SasuSaku doujin, and they do both have this "Zennin Shuuketsu 10" in them, so there must be some connection? Could be the prequel no one can seem to locate. I assume the different artists is why?

At any rate I notice other (translated!) books by that artist do come up in the search. I would guess they all share the same circle (Togijiru), though? If someone would be nice enough to confirm, no time to do it myself...

Zennin Shuuketsu is a Naruto event, the artists have nothing to do with each other except selling SasuSaku doujins. In OhRin's gallery, they are playing with the shadow clones, whereas here, the young Sasuke is from another timeline (even though we don't exactly know what's the reason he appears all of a sudden).
