Huh, that the ship on the Phalanx cover was really just an old Kenner Star Wars X-Wing toy all along. I never realized that until I looked at the blown-up cover real close in this comic.

Anyway, great little story based on one of the most bizarre box covers in video game history.

Did you knew ? Phalanx is also the name of a boss creature in an other game called Shadow Of The colossus. It is basically a flying giant snake with big fins and gas balloons. Said like that it sounds bizarre, but I find him quite gracious. A shame the player have to kill him.
