Here's my bounty for Chapters 6-10:

For the record: the images are the same size as in the Raw files, but mine are PNGs, which are larger. As you can see by the torrents, others have loaded smaller versions.

By the way, I use ACDsee for basic sizing and minor effects which can be done in bulk. It's an older version but it still works well.

A free program, irfanview, works well for batch conversion, resizing, etc. Images can be resized individually using MS Paint. These are, of course, post-download processes.
