I have no idea where these sabrith & tayelle characters came from, but they're suddenly appearing everywhere. Not that I'm complaining. I like this. Limebreaker also did some good drawings of them, too.
@Nack That could very well be; I live in the very distant past with regards to video games (with a few exceptions my cutoff is the PSX). I should try the newer ones sometime. Not sure if I'll to the MMO though.
Six to seven pages of build up for four pages of payoff.... honestly, that is quite good. The characters seem familiar and they are beautifully drawn. The concept is fun too, a little transformation via a 'cursed' video game system... if only such technology were real. That being said, the talking video game systems left something to be desired, in my opinion. The little creeps seemed to be ready to quote "Drain their essence" but instead whatever they did resulted in a transformation. I half expected that instead of their real selves transforming, they would actually be sucked Into the game and made to play as the main characters, getting viciously raped by all of the big dicked enemies. Nonetheless, this is an excellent comic. Much love.
The pacing also does a good job of making sure to have the transformation happen gradually. So, even the build-up has STUFF going on. It also means the TF doesn't seem as 'rushed'.
To add along with what Nack is saying, pretty sure one of them is making enough money to commission a bunch of art of the two for quite a while. Tagging stuff on this and other sites haven't exactly had a tag for these two yet until a lot more recently (the Satyr comic was really good and long so it wouldn't surprise me if that was a major introduction for newer readers and thus the start of having an actual tag if they have one), but browsing Furaffinity led me to this page: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/sabrith/
The first submission is in May of 2014 and while not all of their commissions are on their page, browsing their favorites shows other things the duo has been in for the most part. Now that the characters are more well known, how much is commissions and how much is fan art I can't say, but they've been a thing for a while.
