I've had a sneaking suspicion that this artist is actually Bubuzuke for a while. Bubuzuke made some posts very early in 2018 talking about taking on more official, contractual work and I think it might have prevented him from continuing to work as a freelance artist or produce fanarts. Very shortly after he disappeared. His very last tweet was may 2018 which was a retweet of Pandami's first post. Pandami's twitter account was also created may 2018 and it's very odd that their very first post was to open up fanbox/fantia without any explanation or background. I think he may have created this account to continue making fan arts. The style is just a bit different but you can definitely see Bubuzuke's style bleeding through.
