Pg 03 - The "stop my breathing" line is a sort of pun. The expression the protag uses is 息の根を止める (iki no ne wo tomeru, or "stop the source of my breath"), which is a long way of saying "to kill". This plays off Eirin saying "stop" in the japanese script.
