Why would somebody take screenshots from the anime (which are very poor quality) and arrange it with speech bubbles and sound effects to a manga?

Not just it lacks beauty, but also looks very cheap.

Wait, this is an actual thing somebody made and then published? It's like some amateur took screenshots of the episode in 240p and pieced them together. Do yourself a favor and go watch the anime. It's been out for a long time now and not exactly hard to find.
