(Both the Childhood friend and the Thornberry guy speaks with an horrible accent, making it hard for a translation to come, so... I'll do my best trying to explain).

-The girl (Puruko) feels lonely because her mother comes back late and needs help for the upcoming tests, so she invites her childhood friend (Jun) to study at her house; in their way the Ugly guy (Somaeda) intercepts them and introduces himself as the MC's friend, however (and although it may not seem so) he's really a playboy who likes to brag about his new conquests. He starts speaking about rumors of her having sex and being still a little girl, obviously the MC doesn't feel comfortable but can't say anything and she ends up inivting him to her house too.

-They go to her house and Somaeda threatens Jun so he has to go for drinks leaving them alone; however he forgets his wallet and turns around immediately. Turns out the ugly guy has convinced Puruko about becoming a woman (She seems quite oblivious about what having sex means) under the promise they'll stop as soon as she hears the door (which will not sound because Jun is already inside, watching them). In the end they notice him but it's already too late and he deflowers her in front of the MC. And although at first she ask him to stop and to not cum inside, in the end she thanks Somaeda for having turned her into a woman and asks Jun to close the door as Somaeda tells her that the normal thing is to have several creampies in order to really become a woman.
