I always wonder why people wouldn't just tell their parents if something like a sudden gender-swap happened. Like sure it'll take some convincing but damn better for them to know than to risk slippery slope.
Instead of going to school and telling your friend, stay home, call your mom and explain. Your fingerprints are the same, your DNA is more or less the same, your skin is apparently the same, your face is the same (for now). Hell, after the initial flip out, your mom's probably happy she's got a daughter she can teach about being a lady now. With a guardian on your side there's plenty of things you can do to research a solution or modify paperwork to make that the new official you.
I still like the manga but MC is stupid lol.
