Its rated so low because of the art quality mainly. Its not unfappable levels of art quality if you're into the fetishes, but its not good either. The faces are the worst part. Very inconsistent proportions of facial features and annoying, cartoony expressions. A good start though. Don't get discoutaged.

As PonHiki said, mostly the art quality. It is extremely simplistic, compared to the usual ilk on here. I still could live with it, since I always look up & enjoy works with the netorare tag and can just read for the story, even with unpolished art, but definitely don't appreciate the dude doing gay s---, by licking the bullies' toes. I'm expecting the story to lead up to the girl getting gangbanged/raped/netorare'd, since the beginning scenes were leading up to it only for it to turn into male on male action. Yeah I get the MC's a pushover, but it just feels like that's for a totally different audience with no indication of male x male interaction in the tags. Also, I know the gangbang resumed at the end, but where's the middle? The details leading up to the actual beginning of the sex was completely missing. How'd she end up getting f'k'd? Was it willingly, or did she resist, then she turned into a slut? Or is she mind broken? She is happy getting accolades from the twins, laughing and enjoying their company, but then in the sex scenes, she has tears coming from her eyes. Because she has 0 dialogue, you can't tell her state of mind at all. Most importantly, I NEED to see that moment where she actually turns, or the whole point of it being called netorare is lost.

Wow, leaving the art aside, the dialogue is even more cringey than rewrites. If you want to do a yaoi rape comic go for it but don't go baiting people with a straight sex scene that takes only 5 pages and then push gay foot fetish shit that takes more than 10 pages. I can't imagine someone paying to read this absolute shit of a yaoi bait.
