This is a really, really weird design for a character. I can't say I've ever seen anything like someone having a second mouth on the back of their head that has a tongue tentacle before. That's unique. And uniquely disturbing.

Really like the duality of a tsundere being unable to actually be tsun though. Usually it's reversed where the internal monologue wants to be honest but they keep being tsun outwardly.

@Death Row in original Japanese mythology its never really addressed where the "brain" would be in the two mouthed woman. Really the myth is pretty vague aside from mouth bring sentient on its own and that it seems to be mostly attributed to a curse of some kind related to starvation.
