This Stantoon issue was written and drawn by E.N. Cuire, and published by Eric Stanton in 1998, just one year before Stanton's death.
E.N. Cuire is the pen name of Michael Frankovich Jr., son of a successful and powerful film producer and an English actress. He is also a production manager for TV and films(including Prince's Purple Rain). He put his passion for fetish-dressed women, particularly ladies in tight fitting leather, high boots, long gloves and shiny raincoats into arts. Such a passion was deeply due to his early adult life in England. The pen name, E.N. Cuire, a bit of contrived French, means “In Leather”. Before his death in 2007, E.N. Cuire ran his website www.fetish-realm.com, which unfortunately, is inactive now.
Most of E.N. Cuire's artworks are unavailable now, a collection can be found here: /g/1613058/b3a67994ef/
He is also a very close friend of famous fetish artist, Eric Stanton, and helped Eric in his later career with his Blunder Broads series and contributed in the cartoon issue Stantoons.
Stanton created Blunder Broad in the 1970s with writer Turk Winter, for use in a great number of pornographic BDSM stories, published over the years in black and white. A parody of Wonder Woman, Blunder Broad is an inept superheroine who continually fails in her missions and is invariably raped and tortured by her enemies, who include a lesbian supervillainess variably called Leopard Lady, Pussycat Galore, or Cheetah, and her male sidekick Count Dastardly. Blunder Broad can be deprived of her super strength when subjected to cunnilingus.
Besides Blunder Broad 1 - 39, the character also has several spin-off stories, covered by rolandpierce's four archives. The only issue he missed is Blunder Broad 38, which I just upload.
