That's unlikely due to 1. This person's level is not enough to be Obui's assistant. 2. It's quite common practice to immitate 1 style. It's one of the fastest ways to learn.

Like others has pointed it out, it looks similar to Obui, theres also artist called mikomune that also looks similar. though im not complaining, the more the better
