I guess Riesz just makes for a much better... material.
If you think about it, for over 20 years, unlike many other titles, Seiken Densetsu 3 doesn't have any other medium apart from their Super Famicon game that was never released outside Japan. There really isn't that much for artists to base their fantasies on other than the in-game texts and artworks, and the official artist's illustrations.
In-game wise, Charlotte's character was much too young and innocent to arouse most people, and Angela was a little too much on the feisty side, as well as being a bit of a brat at times. But Riesz on the other hand, the kind loving considerate self-sacrificing sister figure shouldered with the responsibility to restore her fallen kingdom? It's almost as if the game devs rolled all their favorite qualities of their dream girl into one when they designed Riesz.
And official illustration wise, Riesz's illustrations wins hands down. (#heavy-self-bias
I like the comic and the idea, but it just moves way too fast. Corruption of a willful female isn't enticing if it's done too quickly, it needs to be drawn out a bit more. At the very least, the final sex scene needs to be longer to punctuate her fall.
Strangely enough... If Dragon Quest V didn't exist, i feel like Seiken Densetsu 3 is the most lewed SNES RPG ever.... Yeah, way above any Final Fantasy game and i was always surprised to see so few about Chrono Trigger given how people love to lewd Akira Toriyama characters in Dragon Ball.
