Nah, cervina is a korean artist if i recall correctly. The two artists retweet each other's stuff and I think they help each other develop their styles.

@konabong I don't believe it one second. I know an artist that has a bunch of different accounts in which he talks Russian, English and Finlandese. He retweets his works from each other for self-promotion and it's not public he's the same person. He does that for a simple reason, multiple accounts means more exposure and more subscription income. And unlike here, he doesn't use the same art style between his alts. This case is a million times more obvious.

Also you won't ever find an artist that would support another one so blatantly plagiarizing them. Artists can't stand copycats.
