If title is actually a reference to a word сабантуй (roghly "sabantuy"), I will fucking kiss the author on the forehead. Because it is an important spring festivity among Volgan cultures. With time the whole word became so associated with festivities in general that in Russian it also means joyous and indulgent feast that usually invovles a lot of drinks. Which is basically what is happening in this comic. Which title sounds like this word.
