I mean, regardless of whether he still likes the stuff or not I think it may be understandable if he wants to distance himself from loli stuff, if he wants to get normal clients and such.
A person can think his drawings are cute while not liking loli, and its easier to point to his other nude stuff and explain 'yah I used to draw nude women' without having to explain drawing little girls that way. Heck, maybe he has kids himself and got ashamed of what he used to draw, who knows.
